What is CyBall?

CyBall is a Play-to-Earn game with the concept of a football match.  In the game, people can collect, trade, and mentor their CyBlocs (each CyBlock is an NFT representing a unique football player) and ultimately join a match to earn rewards. 

CyBall is built on Binance Smart Chain and will be landed on Solana soon. 

How does CyBall work?

Each user will interact with their CyBlocs to participate in different game modes in CyBall and start earning from playing. 

CyBlocs

CyBlocs are fantasy characters, which are represented as NFT on the blockchain. Therefore, each CyBloc is a unique asset and is attached with a unique ID. Profile of each CyBloc includes the following information:

• ID: Unique ID of the CyBloc.
• Name: First initial and last name of the CyBloc (set by owner).
• Country: Country that the CyBloc is from (random).
• Owner: Current owner of the CyBloc.
• Experience Level: Current level of the CyBloc (out of 100).

Each CyBloc is made of 3 aspects:

1. Classes: There are a total of 5 classes, showing different levels of potential and rarity of a CyBloc.

2. Traits: These are characteristics that each CyBlock is born with. They are classified as common, rare, and super rare and will affect the performance of CyBlocs and hence the earnings of players in the game.

3. Skills: There are 6 footballing skills of a CyBloc: Tackling, Passing, Dribbling, Crossing, Shooting, and Physical.

Game Modes

There are 3 main game modes on CyBall that people can choose from: 

• Exhibition (Casual PvP): This is the easiest mode, providing a relaxing and non-serious gaming experience while still enabling players to earn some rewards.
• League (Ladder PvP): This mode has limited availability when it only occurs seasonally. It has a laddering style competition with higher rewards than the Exhibition mode.
• Tournament (Championship PvP): This mode has the most limited availability and the highest level of competition so it provides the highest rewards among the 3 modes. It is a special event-style competition.

Besides the 3 main PVP game modes, where people can play to earn rewards, CyBall also has the PvE game mode, which is Training. This mode does not offer rewards but can help players level up their CyBlocs by gaining more experience for them.  

Ecosystem

More than a game, CyBall’s vision is to build a complete ecosystem for its players, including:

• CyBall NFT Marketplace: This is an in-house marketplace where players can buy and sell all NFT assets in the game.
• CyLoans: This is where people with unused CyBlocs can lend out these to other players. This creates mutual benefits for both CyBlocs’ lenders and borrowers: borrowers have CyBlocs to play and earn without losing initial investment, while lenders earn shared revenues from their borrowers.
• CyDex: This is an AMM DEX to provide liquidity for CyBall’s native tokens.

What is CBT, CYB token?

There are 2 primary tokens in the CyBall game:

• CBT (CyBlock Battery Token): It is used as the reward token in the game.
• CYB (CyBall Token): Besides being used as a reward like CBT, CYB is the governance token of the protocol, which captures the value of the whole ecosystem.
